Really? I think he's been brilliant whereever he's been. Turned Leiscter from a bung of clowns to a mid table prem side. Was the best thing to happen to Celtic in ages. Is starting to make Villa a force. Gets the best out of players, fantastic motivator and believes in attacking football. I'd LOVE him here.

Great motivator and man manager, as you say gets the best out of what he's got. Likes to play attacking football and instills a great 'team' ethic. Took Celtic to the final of the UEFA cup which is a great achievement when you consider how poor Scotish football was/is at the time.

Ok, after a lengthy heated discussion with my dad today who's a 75 year old life long Liverpool fan i'll ask you Rafa doubters the same question. (Hypothetically of course) who COULD we replace Rafa with? I think my dads medication is getting to him because he suggested MON and (spits on the floor with disgust) 'Golum' himself David Moyes. The only name I could come up with would have been Fabio Capello so who would you guys say could actually replace him? Personally i'd prefer to keep Rafa who's a Red through and through.

It seems pretty obvious to me that Rafa can't motivate the team at the moment; so I agree with that.
If the problem isn't about motivation then it must be confidence, tactics or team selection, for which the buck stops with Rafa too.
