I guess it depends on what you class as first team squad, players training with first team (opposed to reserve or youth team), players issued with squad numbers (which can include lots of young players who never get a game) or players who actually play games

i think the question (and thread title) would have more relevance if we talked about how many players we have that would get into the other 3 teams.... i would suggest:

Gerrard, Torres - would get into any team

Reina - would get into the mancs and arse teams, it is debatable if he would get into chavs...

Mascherano - would get into arsenals team

Agger - would get into arsenals team (also debatable if he would get into chavs over carvalho)

Finnan - maybe into chavs and mancs teams?

Alonso - if he was on top of his game then maybe in the arse or manc teams.....

This team would be most neutrals team of choice if selecting from the "Big four" teams - IMO of course. 3-5-2 is the formation I've gone for, but only a 4-5-1 would result in us only having one player in that team.

Cech may be just ahead of Reina: but only just. There's no way I'd take Ferdinand over Carra or Agger, Micah Richards, Toure or Gallas, or even Carvalho TBH. I'd have Essien in instead of Lampard too. I'm not sure I'd have Hleb in a wide area ahead of Giggs even at this stage of his career either. Maybe even Wright-Philips ahead of Hleb.
