****ing hell if we were playing anything like decent football and the manager wasn't making stupid selections they'd be nothing for them to moan at. Pundits say it like they see it. The first half today was nothing short of a disgrace for a team that cost so much.

He was a complete ****wit the last time I saw the useless cretin on Setanta, I think it was against Villa. Someone should tell him that he was a **** footballer and has no right to critcise others

Low on confidence. Doesn't it strike a chord with you ?

It's fans like you who put unneeded pressure on the team, sorry to say that mate. Players are human after all, not robots, and saying we're **** etc ... won't improve things. It's about pulling together during the bad times as well as the good times.

I guess most of you are bandwagon jumpers.

confidence is low I accept but playing at home with players out of position and having no width on the left at all, is not exactly giving you the best chance is it? we won today inspite of rafa and not because of him.

I honestly feel that he's so stubborn that even if crouch scored in the next 5 games he'd feel the need to change it around. good management? is it bollocks.

dissapointing in how many stayed behind afterwards but well dont to those that did.
too many want to put their heads in the sand and hope the 2 bad men go away and at least this sons of shankly crowd are trying to do their bit.

Crouch is another matter. He was crap at the beginning of the season and I think Rafa questioned his attitude. Just watch Rafa's interviews at the beginning of the season. It's not that he scores goals, he can't think he has the god given right to play every game.

As for playing players out of positions, I think we did well though. Aurelio was probably injured second half. As for playing Lucas on the left, he had a roaming role and tried to switch positions and create movement, but Sunderland defended very well and in numbers.

Carra had a solid game too and I think Rafa's tactics were spot on. We played decent football, if not great, but we were patient and won in the end.

Things will improve and we'll pull out of this better. We must keep the faith.

I think we will improve and will secure 4th but as for faith I'll leave that to the christians & muslims, they've been doing it a lot longer!

                      flmao

I meant we must get behind the team. We lose / win, we're in the same boat. If we're divided, it won't help.

Agree totally. My point is is that how many times this season have we played and won well only for a pundit to comment "where would they be without Torres?" or "where would they be without Gerrard?" Thing is, I don't recall similar comments being said regarding a certain Portuguese chap who plays not far from here. The footballing fraternity's dislike of LFC in general beggars belief at times and no I don't think I'm being paranoid.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

You're not being paranoid and I think there's an obvious reason why.

Most of the pundits these days won **** all in their playing careers, mainly because we won everything, while many of today's new generation of journos, like that tool Danny Fulbrook, will hate us for the same reason - having grown up in the 70s and 80s.

I think they're bitter and twisted about it and many of them are holding a grudge.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

What did Danny Fullbrook say about us?

I always thought he was one of the more sympathetic writers. Fulham fan, isn't he?
It's not good because it's rude. It's good because it looks like it's good because it's rude.

Well I think he's an idiot generally speaking although of course I don't read his stuff (the last I heard he wrote for the Star).

I've only seen him on that wretched Sunday morning show on Sky, and I also saw him recently on some Setanta show.

I only used him as an example of a young journo, probably aged about the thirty mark, who will have grown up seeing us win everything.

                              Yeah he's a Fulham fan I think.

That's often said Shaggy but I think that's a little too obvious. It's deeper than that mate.
