Got tickets for saturday.........

Just got my tickets,were in the main stand block MW row 4.I know were right in the corner next to the kop.

Has anyone else had seats there?

Does row 4 mean 4 rows up from the front?

Are the any restrictive views there?

Yes, its a decent view

yeah view should be ok - you will get some decent atmosphere being closer the kop

you may find your neck aches as you will spend most of the game looking left at the pitch

My lad's nearly 8 and I've been trying to get tickets to take him to Anfield for the last year or so. Can anyone offer any sensible! advice on how best to get a couple of tickets for a home match????

Buy a fancard.

Pay attention to when tickets go on general sale.

Get online and log in by 7:30am on said day.

Keep refreshing until 8:30am.

8:30am - tickets go on sale. Buy them.

On the whole the result didn't matter to much to him.

I,on the other hand!



He was really excited about the whole thing and the trip into the shop was just amazing for him.All things Liverpool,cool!

We also went into the museum and i gave him a crash course into LFC history which to my surprise,he found really interesting!

I took him to the Hillsborough memorial and briefly explained to him the event's on that day of which, i'm not sure he could really understand.

He liked seeing the Shankley memorial as he had seen it in pictures with me standing by it when i was younger.

Our view was a bit pants as we were behind the last pillar right at the end of the main stand next to the Kop but we saw all the goals!

All barring the result,we had a great day and i can't wait to take him again.

We did have a quick drink after in the Albert.

There's a chinese chippy just a little down the road from the Albert and they do really good chips aswell.
