Let's face it, no one wanted this season remembered for a success in the FA cup only. We wanted the premier lg but we were not good enough. So it's better that we're out vs Barnsley so that next year we'll not think: we're almost there so let's buy only one good player.

Hopefully next year we'll say: We'll buy 4 or 5 players who can transform the team.

Why take off Lucas? Lucas was having a good game while Alonso was off the pace. Was it tactical? :whatever:

Rafa is the worst manager around for making basic errors therefore he just can't be our manager if we want to be a top side.

Mistake no. 1 - not playing Gerrard
