Rafa's teams have ALWAYS been very organized, his tactics and decisions may stink sometimes but the team will always play organized football.

I think that we have a Raul situation, one player that is making the decisions instead of the manager when it suits him. The player I'm talking about is Gerrard.

We started to play bad football after Rafa took him off against Everton. Everyone remembers the disgraceful way he acted when he realized that he was the one that would go off.

Two...Only use the players that is 100% behind Rafa, even if that means that some big name players will play for the reserves or not play at all and then in the summer get rid off the backstabbing players, everyone of them.
