I'm no authority but I'm starting to think that he's lost the changeroom with his rotation policy . Somethings defo not right and it's not all down to the yanks IMO.

Id have a large wager that Gerrard is one of the main reasons for any rift. He has been **** since November......and surprise surprise thats when we have hit the brick wall.

Carra's not doing himself any favours either. I am getting to the stage where I would actually like DIC or whoever to come in and back Rafa with a 2 year extension and communicate he has full backing of the board. Tell the players that they must fall into line or let the board know and they will accommadate a sale to the highest bidder.

I know this post is based on a lot of speculation but if any player is not behind the manager ATM, when both he and club need it most, they can **** off.

The problem is though there is far too much speculation and not enough unity. However the fact Rafa is under so much fire at the moment and neither the captain nor VC have said a word in support is starting to really worry me.

His reaction to some of Rafa's decisions have been a disgrace. He is only still the Captain because it would totally destroy the team spirit that is left if Rafa gave it to someone else IMO.
