The pigeons are safe today with Riise on the bench.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I would have liked to see Crouch starting because he's got a great record at home in the Champions League. Over the last two seasons he has started 9, scored 8 goals and of those games we have won 8. That is a phenomenal record yet he still can't get a start ahead of KuytOriginally posted by Resu View PostI`m not very impressed with that team, but it is Anfield on a European night, and Rafa knows the CL.

Well, here we are in a room with two manky hookers and a racist dwarf. I think I'm heading home.

Rafa had to play with three central mids when you consider the strength of Inters central midfield. It's key to win the midfield and if Rafa would have played with Pennant or Kewell then Inter would have had the midfield battle won even before it started.Originally posted by Nic83 View PostOh FFFFFFFSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Jesus christ.
3 central mids agains a team coming to defend. AGAIN. FFS.Just believe and you never know what will happen.

Just shows that you have not watched our latest gamesOriginally posted by Nic83 View Postwhat? Lucas has done nothing in his last few games.
he has been our best midfielder together with Masch without any doubt at all.

The way to beat that team is down the flanks. Especially maicons side. In fact, I think this will be the difference. Babel to have astormer.

would have prefered crouch and xabi to start this one really. oh well...hopefully kuyt can cause some probelms, his last few games have been ok.
