    Heartbreaking moment

(**** quality on that video btw)

I was only 8 at the time, my first footballing memory as well.

How the fook the ball managed to squeeze past Redknapp, Scales, Razor and about 4 other Liverpool players i'll never know

Balled my eyes out that day.

wheres liverpel when you need him, feel free to help if you see this, my first memory of a full match was crystal palace beating us 4-3 in the semi-final, i was actually sick after that game, ahh bless my actual 1st memory of lfc was john barnes getting booked and thinking it was the end of the world and not quite believing my dads behaviour 'its only yellow'

One of my earliest heartbreaking moments was when I heard Rush was leaving us for Juve.

Though the one I took hardest of all was the 1996 Cup Final. I watched it with a Man Utd supporting friend of mine and couldn't return his offer of a handshake at full time.

Now that I think about it, sitting behind Dudek's goal when Forlan scored two goals aginst us was pretty tough going. I still wake up in a cold sweat thinking about that.

That moment was the first sporting moment when I actually bawled my eyes out and I remember taking my dog for a walk after the match only to be greeted by a "mate" who took the piss, as he was a manc I chased him and gave him a thorough kicking. I was 14 and it will live with me for the rest of my life.

I was 9 years old when Arsenal beat us at Wembley to win the double in 1971. Went out and cried in the garden.

I was in the latter stages of being a 9 year old when my hero Kevin Keegan (whose biograhy I'd read just before the '77 European Cup Final) left, I couldn't understand it, it was like losing a member of your family. But then, on my 10th birthday, a certain Kenny Dalglish joined us and I was soon happy again.

When he played for Liverpool wasn't much better either to be honest...

Mickey Thomas passing to Jimmy Greenhoff in about 78 / 79 - kicking us out of FA Cup.
Cried myself to sleep that night!

now that im all growed up i deal with losing to united diferently. generally involves me and whichever smart ****er starts in the local
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Least we have the 92 cup final to remember him by.
