utter garbage on so many levels i dont know where to start.

mount a title challenge with a spurs/barcoders budget whilst re-building the club from the youth team up to the first team, whilst winning the CL getting to another CL final winning the FA cup and finishing third behind 2 clubs with far bigger pockets and having your position made untenable buy too fat cunt owners behind your back.

yeah, he's done a real **** job there

Yep - I made that leap, my general feeling is that it's a worthless point as these same fans wanted Fergie out, wanted Wenger out and, (wait for it), suffer from the same blinkered short termism that a lot of fans do.

Rafa has a net spend way way higher than Spurs and Newcastle and even higher than Man United and Arsenal over the same period. You really don't want to be going down this road.

Have Spurs or Newcastle spent over £150m in 3 and a half years? Show me the figures if this is the case.

Anyone would think he'd taken over a team mired in relegation trouble.

We're getting into the realms of semantics and what's provable. Doesn't matter - I shouldn't have said anything.

In football 4 years is a lifetime! People who use shirt termism and the owner situation to help Rafa are cluelessly missing the point.

I'm sorry if you feel it's unprovable, but it's certainly fact where mancs are concernced. The vast majority want rafa kept in charge for as long as possible...and they wouldnt if we were showing any signs of challenging them.

We have spent NET more than any other club (bar Chelsea) over the last 17 years. We have also spent more than United, Arsenal, Spurs, Barcodes etc these past 4 years under Rafa.

Why can't these Rafa fans explain why are are ****ing competing with Everton for 4th in 2 out of his 4 seasons? Have they spent more than us too?

Only 2 manager's in recent history have broken the monopoly of the HUGELY wealthy clubs in the BIG league's, on smaller budget's with smaller club's, winning their leagues in the process...they are... Wenger & er....em........RAFA.

They'll suggest that rafa had to replace virtually every player he inherited...or something.
