The rules state that no match thread should be posted until we have team news. Ban this rule breaker forthwith!

Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

This is a chance to string 4 league wins in a row together. We've already got 3 of those 12 points, the next 9 could be crucial.

And with the bitters hosting the side with the best away record in the league (i think), today could be pivotal.

hey DJ you could possily be right about the bitters today....although i would nearly fancy them to beat pompey at home to be honest....

i reckon the pivotal game will be when torres tears them apart at anfield!!!

back to today, i really fancy us to beat them well and send out a message that we are well and truly back in business

Make that 5 league wins, we've beaten Boro then after today we have West Ham, Newcastle & Reading at home

Nice bit of poetry to open the game on Setanta's pre-match coverage.

                      where is the team news
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

****ing hell, we have got a quality right back in Arbeloa sat on the bench yet we are playing one of Europes best centre backs in that position. I'm sorry I don't see the logic.....
