Thanjk you.

skertl played well. hope masch isn't too badly injured, torres is deadly, babel is getting better every day.
This formation works for us, a new left back (any ideas why aurelio was out?) a right winger and another quality striker to share the workload with torres and we will compete next season.
Rafa, see what a little consistency in your front 6 gets you!
Aurelio was injured AGAIN. Question is do we bring in a new LB or do we promoted Insua. I think Insua along side Agger is good enough for next season.
Bear in mind though, with 4231, Kuyt is no longer a striker.
TRue, but the crux of my point is that we don't need another world class striker. As long as we get someone on the right who can contribute 10 goals and 10 assists we'll be sorted.
ah we do though. you know rafa, he's not going to play the same formation all year and we need that insurance policy in case torres gets a knock or something.
when things go wrong, don't walk away.
that'll only make it harder.

Sure, the 3 needs to be good, but Right side is more important.
I see that Sky are being as fair, balanced and impartial as usual for this game. They've gone and assigned Evertonian Barry Horne as the co-commentator.
According to him the score line wasn't an accurate indicator as to the balance of the game and flattered us
I can only assume that the next time Everton are on Sky we'll see Aldo in as co-commentator.
Barry Horne was on the verge of being ok last night, he just couldn't follow through. My favourite bits of his commentary was when he said "flat" about 20 times in one sentence but mainly at the end when he slated the performance and finished of the sentence with "good value for the win". A contradiction in terms if there ever was one.
John Salako on the other hand seems like a very nice chap.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
Skrtl looks like he could have it all for a CB. I particularly like the way he effortlessly strokes the ball around at the back. And of course, he's big, mean looking and good in the air, and has a burst of pace. Given time, he will improve his positioning and become properly schooled in zonal marking too.
