Also think Villa is ace, but not sure how he'd fit into 4-2-3-1 with Nando.
    3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Good shout, he could play either in the role on the right or up top...

could involve carson in a deal for agbonlahor (5 mill plus carson?). i was never a fan of his but this season he really has found a bit of form. could be a good back up or even one for the future.

Ashley Young on the left? Definite quality in terms of set pieces which we can't score from

Which striker would you like to see at Anfield next season to partner Torres upfront? I myself wouldn't mind seeing any one of these.

how do you know that they never play together?

for me they'd be my first choice partnership with Nemeth as third choice

WTF??? coruch and torres have played a handfull of games together and crouch (i do like him as a player) is too slow to play at the tempo torres likes to play at. i hate to say it but torres plays better with kyut or voronin. plus, with the 4-2-3-1 formation which we are finally starting to show some form with, crouch would have to play instead of torres.

nemeth is a great potential but for next year if we are to sustain a title challenge we need a striker who is already playing at a high level as back up to torres. i'd bring nemeth in gradually and keep him for season after.

ive said numerous times before that i really like the look of mario gomez from stuttgart. he is only 22 and has a record of 39 in 54 over the past two seasons (23 in 24 this season)

he is a real goalscorer and was german footballer of the year last season he's going to be next big thing in europe.
, and we should be in for him without a doubt, his price tag will be 15-20 million but well worth the gamble imo.

seven subs for next year, will hopefully help nemeth.

if we are playing at championship manager ideas then i'd say go for Ronaldinho, a front 4 of Ronnie, Gerrard and Babel playing behind Torres would cause a few problems for defenders

with the added bonus of Ronaldinho fitting easily into the best midfield in the world song

Otherwise Rafa may move for someone Like Joe Cole to play there as he knows he won't need time adapt to the league.

and we could always get Owen for a couple of Million to play about 10 games a season whilst Torres has a rest.
I think we need an attacking player or two who can dribble and has a little bit of trickery, can play on either side and can score. For me I cannot see the bucktoothed one being a Rafa player with his tendency to party.

Iniesta is more of a Rafa type player and but again the chances of us getting Iniesta are very slim. Some of the other players I can think of is Goran Pandev, Quaresma,Aguero.

Jeremy Menez of Monaco seems to be an exciting young option also.

Chances could be higher if we worked Xabi in to the deal?

Iniesta is quite similar to Xabi in that he isn't entirely suited to the English game. At least Xabi has been here a while and has adapted his game to suit.
