just wondering what is going on in the kop these days as the atmosphere towards the back seems to be getting more and more like a no go zone for the stewards

actually i remember something mid way through the second half i think it was when people were all stood up and looking upwards.

and it sounded like they were singing "get the stewards out the kop"

i was curious about what happened. anyone know?

i was in 305 and basically there was a running battle going on between the stewards and the supporters re: standing up

whenever the stewards got us to sit down someone would pipe up with "we're gonna bounce in a minute" and then everyone would stand right back up again. things got a bit heated as the bizzies were called up our way a few times to speak to people and a couple of lads - including a father and his son - were escorted out.

for most of the game, though, the atmosphere up there was pretty good and i think that was partly a result of the sos march/protest that went on before the game. everyone was pumped and it showed

Basically the section they created now think they have a special right to do what they want and dont like being told that standing isnt allowed.
