But it wasnt just him, the whole team just seem to be not arsed in chasing the second ball, or even the first half the time!!

I only mention them because they were the whole package, I don't expect SG alone to have those attributes, only that the team as a whole need to include all those attributes.

Stevie G stands shoulder to shoulder with any of those on the pitch. Football's changed and he's as committed as you can get, especially considering the other 3 were playing for the perennial league winners. He's coverted by almost every other team in the world, and we should be very proud of him.

I'd liken his committment to Bryan Robson at Utd, and would imagine that Souness in today's team wouldn't have stuck around if the team wasn't winning the league.
