I've been watching it over & over, i just don't know, i was thinking how i would feel if it was done to our player & not given, to be honest, honestly, i would'nt be so bothered, Kuyt held his arm for a split second, not with any force, not enough to pull him to the ground or halt his momentum.
The ref saw it clearly, Kuyt's hand was passing over Hleb's arm as he overlapped him, his hand didn't even stop to grab Hleb it was odd, even the slow mo from the ref's angle shows nothing, no hold that can be seen, it's just to short a time that Kuyt makes contact, no way enough to hinder Hleb. I deduce from this that Hleb is a bloody cheat.
As for our Beloved Torres, his shirt was held/grabbed in the PENALTY area, not a mention hardly, to the letter of the law a penalty, but nothing, no debate on sports radio, not even in between talking about how Astonishingly Lucky we/Rafa/Liverpool Fc are.
That's how i see it, could be a pen, i've seen them given, but to win a match of such importance it would have been a harsh decision. Hleb looked for it, instead he should have concentrated on standing up & trying to get a shot in.
