He's trying to manipulate Rafa in order to influence the fans. He so desperately needs Parry off the board for the vote he carries. The man is as evil as they come, ruthless, careless, self centred beyond belief. I wish i had never heard the name Hicks, i don't care if i never hear it again.Originally posted by rage View Posthicks latest in the press bollocks makes me feel sick. i'd go for that cunt if he ever stepped foot in anfield again. he needs to look in the mirror when he uses the word arrogant

As much as i dont like the way all our laundry is aired in public these days i do agree that parry should go. He should have gone a long time ago.
We have fell behind Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea in the business side of the game and that has put us behind them in the league over the past decade.
Hicks, Gillette and Parry need to go! and Moores should just quietly go away, its his fault the yanks are here in the first place. He did nothing for us to be honest either!

Hicks clearly needs to go, the guy can't wipe his arse without an audience
Parry needs to as well, if he was at the Klinsmann meeting he's totally out of order and it wouldn't be the first time he's undermined Rafa - let's be honest he's never done a huge amount to move the club forward, although maybe we have to give him some credit for bringing Rafa in in the first place? Regardless commercially we've always lagged behind the other big clubs, and the CEO has to take responsibility for that. Just look at the ludicrous state of the official club merchandise stocks FFS, even if people want to buy stuff most of the time they can't"the correct decision would have been a penalty for us a red card for Gattuso and a yellow for Stevie"
LF Clove aka AFII 11/10/07
"i personally hold you and several other gob****es responsible for the chaos this club is in"

Dont rafa and parry work in the same building? why doesnt rafa just go into his parrys office and ask him wtf's going on?Originally posted by REDrascal View PostYeah, Hardly Dramatic really. Expected but not Dramatic. Hicks looking to divide the others me thinks.
All Parry & GG need to do is hand Rafa a new contract, problem solved. Cant lose Parry off the board while Hicks is still an owner imo."I watched the Champions League quarter-finals and the way they crushed Arsenal. Only the greatest and the best can play such a match.

the one who appears to be the main culprit in this whole klinsmann saga is gilette. at least hicks has publicly backed benitez ever since. now you might call that a pr trick or doubletalk, yet gillette's silence does speak louder than words. add his public backing of parry and the revelation that parry was at the meeting...
hicks is given a lot of grief and deservedly so, however gillette's fishy acts seems to go unnoticed. interesting to see how it will all unfold...

People like him dont just sell up at the drop of a hat, they fight on to the deathOriginally posted by scouse lad View PostI dont believe Hicks is a willing seller, everyone has been saying for ages he is bluffing. Im not so sure. My hope would be that he was desperate and forced to sell but he is still fighting, his comments today dont sound like someone going anywhere soon. If he was loosing his grip he wouldn't make himself look more of prick then he already has.
Remember in the past Hicks' empire got that desperate it had to default on loans and he nearly bankrupted Corinthians
Hes got form for dragging things out as long as possible
I'm fairly certain with the credit crunch, his Arlington Park situation and the board room wrangles that the pressure is slowly being applied to his ballsBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
