Hmmmmm. We don't know that Lec.

I keep saying it, but this is all just a horrible mess, and there's more bad guys involved in this story than just Tom Hicks.

If I believe all I`ve read in Newspapers, forums and sites then collectively I think Hick`s will be in charge with majority backing next yr.we`ll sign all of Rafa`s targets and then figure how to get out of debt just like the Glazers. We need a new Parry, not a new Rafa or Hick`s.

How and when is Hicks going to persuade Gillett to sell?
It's not good because it's rude. It's good because it looks like it's good because it's rude.

How and when are you gonna get over your obvious anti-Hicks agenda.Do you really think Hicks would jump into Sky TV`s world without any foundation????

He`s a 50% owner with 500% more knowledge about what`s happening. How about you all shut up until some real facts prove your right or wrong.

So far we all know **** ALL.

For me, it can't get more worse than this and DIC realise this and have decided to pounce on the situation now than rather wait a few more years when the team could be stronger (in the league, not financially).

DIC can make these promises but what you can guarantee is that these guys have money and thrive on success so you can bet your bottom dollar, they won't fill the club with debt and you can guarantee if they do want to sell Liverpool in a few years after the stadium is built and the finances look extremely strong, it will be on a profit however I feel they won't sell straight away, for them, it will be another asset to their billion pound portfolio.

Chill man, we wouldn't have much of a discussion if everyone shut up. And we do know some things. Most of them are bad

When you've finished getting over yourself, why not break the habit of a lifetime and answer what was a perfectly reasonable, straight-forward question?

It's not good because it's rude. It's good because it looks like it's good because it's rude.

Don't bother with him, he is probably on one of his usual wind ups.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I think Ben has a point. DIC said this will not be a leveraged buy-out.

                          Not their style, is it?

Besides, given that they have access to vast resources of sovereign wealth, I struggle to see why the leveraged buyout model would even appeal to DIC.

I'm more convinced than ever that Hicks & Gillett will soon be gone

gillett doesnt want to sell to hicks right? he's said so often enough.
hicks is convinced he can buy gillett's shares

err, i can only conclude that IF hicks can stump up the reddies then gg (under the 90 day veto) will have to sell to tom.

he would be blameless as it was contractual that he sold and not his choice, and walk away saying as such.

if hicks CAN find the ivestment we;d better hope he is more glazier than he looks.

Hicks wont find the necessary investment. Gillett wont sell to Hicks. The 90 day period will expire. Gillett will sell to DIC. DIC will slowly begin to dissolve Hicks' shareholding until he accepts an offer and ****s off. DIC will end up 100% in charge.
