    That would explain why Gillett is in a position to insist he will not sell to Hicks.

      What if he sells anyway and then looses in court against Hicks. What is the punishment?

        I don't know, I'm no business expert, Lec can confirm that
        Just believe and you never know what will happen.

        According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

          The right to buy expires on May 27th. According to my count down timer that means tHicks is out of here in 38 days, 1 hour, 42 minutes and 5 seconds
