A little bit harsh on JAR but I reckon IF he plays next week, he'll redeem himself. He looked absolutely devastated at the end there.
I know he has had a poor season but MrMichael is is right. Ginger has been a loyal servant to this club and should be treated with respect. Did the knives come out for Stevie when he oggied in the Final against the chavs? (probably but you get were am coming from)No, but we soon forgave him a few months down he line when he lifted big ears.
That's my new book. 'Shut the **** Up, by Dr. Denis Leary'. Patients come in. 'Doctor I-' Shut the **** up! NEXT!! 'Doctor, I've got this-' SHUT THE **** UP!! NEXT! 'He made me feel so much better. He just told me to shut the **** up. Nobody ever told me that before!'

Ok, I guess we can't really avoid the inevitable Riise thread after that, but I might have to edit the title slightly.
Despite one of the most suicidal moments of defending I've seen in a long time, and a very poor season overall, JAR has been a long servant to the club and given us some great moments over the years, whatever happens in the second leg that won't be his defining moment in a red shirt as far as I'm concerned.
shocking error by Riise but as i said not ALL his fault.
Fact is, we are 1-0 up at home and in the last minute of stoppage time so the ball shouldn't be in our feck half let alone horror crosses coming into our 6 yard box.
I've forgotton about Riise's error already and am just looking at the scoreline
