Look who's crawled out of the woodwork

Riise howler poetic justice, says Jose

JOSE MOURINHO has described John Arne Riise’s own goal for Liverpool against Chelsea in the Champions League semi-final as poetic justice — but he insists the outcome of the tie is still 50-50.

Mourinho lost two Champions League semi-finals at Anfield and is still bitter about the first of them in 2005. Liverpool won 1-0 on aggregate thanks to a Luis Garcia strike which Mourinho dubbed “a ghost goal” because he said the ball did not cross the line.

The Portuguese said of Riise’s calamity: “It was in exactly the same goal, with that incredible — I love it — good crowd Liverpool has in the Kop.

“I think it’s fair. They were lucky that time (in 2005), and Chelsea were lucky this time.”

But Mourinho warned his former club not to assume a 1-1 draw puts them in the driving seat.

    “It’s a completely different result, 1-0 or 1-1,” he said. “It’s still 50-50.”

Mourinho is a ****ing cunt and I cannot believe that some people on here are willing to discuss replacing Rafa with this detritus.
    Really?

Mourinho wasn't good enough for Roman Abramovich. RA replaced him with a lunatic who hasn't got a clue about football. Who cares what some surplus to requirement tit thinks? He was at the helm whilst Abramovich's money funded two Premiership titles, but such a hollow success means nothing. His greatest achievement was winding us up a bit, time to let go and ignore. He sounds like a bitter ex-girlfriend or something.

I see lots of players leaving chelsea as some of them are just playing as individuals rather than a team. Grant has got no clue how to run a football team when it comes to tactics wise. For **** sakes with wigan he had dogbreath at bench. Against Liverpool in the CL he must have told him that each time a player touches you, drop down to the ground as if he's been shot. Worst cheat in football history.

Anyway i truly hope the scums thrash them tomorrow and would like to see what the chavs fans have to say with thier plastic blue flags having lost the title in thier most atmospheric stadium.. I wonder what grant will say having lost the title at home, ****in prick

I agree although I would have put it a bit more civil. I never ever read his drivel.

This ****** is really getting on my nerves. I'd just forgotten all about him, then we're playing the chavs again and every other day there's some new quotes.

I DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT WHAT HE THINKS, and I doubt most other footy fans do either, so why does he still get so much publicity?! I wish he'd **** off to Italy asap, then we might get some respite, excepting his obvious 'witticisms' whenever he plays an English team in Europe

You know, you and many others say that. But despite being hounded all season by the press, more so than even our own Rafa, his record speaks for itself.

Runners up in the League Cup.
                              QF in the FA Cup.

And they were in lucky against Spurs and Barnsley to lose. Now he's level on points with Man Utd and could yet win the league. And not forgetting he is also in the semis of the CL with a great chance to make the final. And who would bet against them beating Barca or Man Utd? I know I wouldn't.

It's possible they will win nothing, but despite this, he will have still done a great job under extreme pressure. Well done Grant I say.

Now let's smash Chelsea and then cheer them on in the league
