sorry but for me as usual against the big english teams gerrard doesn't show up.

torres cannot play upfront on his own against teams where gerrard goes missing.

kuyt ginger pennant and crouch are off.

rafa needs to stop believing his hype and start learning. he's a excellent manager but he needs to learn from his mistakes.

We shot ourselves in the foot with the penalty and OG in the first leg.

Fine margins decide these games and our mistakes cost us over the two legs.

I'm gutted.

I thought going into extra time we would take it but we somehow just lost it.

I think the two tactical substitutions were very poor tonight.

We did our best and a couple of mistakes really cost us. Over the two games, I think we were the better side but just didn't have the rub of the green.

On a side note, Jamie Redknapp, you are a ****. Your sycophantic talk about Lampard is totally over the top.

Torres was shagged, he progressively slipped out of the game. We needed fresh legs and Babel proved Rafa's point. If only we could've got more ball to him.
