        How much do I need to explain this...

        They have had a substantial amount of money to spend. Its not in the £350m bracket but its more around £200m which is still a lot.

        Chelsea spending £350m shows Kenyon is a bad negotiator.

          Ben, our spending is about £10m less than that of Man Utd during the PL era. That's a fact.

              I've seen the list of spending from both sides in various different places, the amounts were accurate and the difference was about £10m or so.

                  All that lavish spending and we are £10m behind according to you. I'm thinking, we haven't bought big money players over the years. I can think of a few. Heskey, Alonso, Cisse, Torres, Mascherano. All above the £10m mark.

                      Since the PL started. Dont forget, Man Utd usually sell players for good fees. Veron £15m, Beckham £25m...plays a big part.
