hmmmm, tough that one.

My choice would probably be Diego from Werder Bremen. He should be around the 20mill mark. Will add goals, and creativity to our forward line. Take the attacking burden off of Stevie and supply Torres.

Van Der Vaart would also be an option, he'd be cheaper too.

We really need some creativity in the middle. We have none as things stand.

Didn't Rafa just spend £37million on two players this season?

Mentioned something similar in another thread. Some people seem to think we found Mascher at the bottom of the garden rather than paying 18M for him.Torres was a marquee purchase and Babel a huge investment in the future and then broke a transfer fee record for a defender with Skrtel. Rafa is buying quality now.

I cant wait for the day we have 20M+pound players on the bench but Rafa has done a great job with the resources at his disposal.
