Have to disagree with you. Houghton on RTE is never really complimentery to us and Beglin often cuts us up. McMahon is very bitter IMO.

Compare these to Hansen and Aldo
Oh the man is a midfield maestro

He's entitled to his opinion but it's bollocks and some of the things he tries to beat Rafa with are pure fantasy.

Spent the same money as Mourinho and they're in a final? Well yes but not with Jose and we went to 2 while the classless cunt was still at Chelsea and on about a fifth (at a guess) of what the special needs one spent..

And beat them to get there into the bargain.

What a silly silly thing to say... if that's what he did say.

That's a good point, nobody's posted that they've heard this direct from him yet.

I guess i'll have to change my name!! I have heard him before not being very complimentary about Benitez and Tommy Smith was at the same legends lunch and was giving out about all the foreigners at Liverpool, and he wasn't just talking about on the pitch.

I would however be very surprised if these quotes are word for word as they are complete rubbish, and even Rafa's biggest critic's would have to see the advantage Mourinho had in monetary terms.

Yes but it is on the internet so it must be true!
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."
