Derby got more money this season than we got the previous year. Insanity.
      Oh I don't know.

All goes into the Yanks' pockets more like.

Why've we got less than the Gonners when we made the CL semi?
          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I believe this is Premier League money only.

Why was there such a big jump from the previous year?

              New TV contract with Sky?

Yes, that and the new lucrative overseas contract.

How much of this is based on position and how much is based on the number of games televised? Arsenal have earned more than the Chavs but finished a place lower.

I was a little confused by that
Just look at the face: it's vacant, with a hint of sadness. Like a drunk who's lost a bet.

If it's TV money then it's not going to be based on position as such, it'll be a number of times on TV and a weighting for the most popular clubs.
