Reina: I'm Not Leaving, Nor Is Torres
Liverpool 'keeper Jose Reina insists that neither he nor teammate Fernando Torres will consider leaving Anfield despite reports of interest elsewhere...
Further to reports in Marca which claim Chelsea are preparing to bid €50 million (£40 million) for Liverpool's Fernando Torres, his Reds and Spain teammate Pepe Reina insists 'El Nino' is going nowhere.
The hitman has enjoyed a blistering start in English football, but goalkeeper Reina insists that Torres has no plans to leave and that Anfield chiefs would shrug off any offer, regardless of the money involved.
“I don’t think Fernando wants to leave and, most of all, I don’t think that Liverpool want to negotiate,” Reina told Diario de Sevilla.
“I think that those stories are typical at such a time, when the championships are over. Obviously big players will be chased by great teams, but I think that he considers [Liverpool] are a great club.
“I can tell you for sure that Liverpool, for €50 million, will neither sit down nor negotiate.”
Marvellous
Similarly, Reina has shrugged off reported interest from Torres' former employers Atletico, insisting that he, too, will be at Liverpool next season.
“My family and me are very happy in England,” Reina continued. “At the moment, we are going to stay here for a longer time, enjoying this marvellous football.”
Bordeaux shot-stopper Ulrich Rame has been linked with a move to the club this week, but reports suggest that Rame would merely be signed as Reina's understudy.

These lads seem to really love it here. First time I heard Rame linked to us.
