OK another poor game, i had doubts before we signed him and he is not proving his doubters wrong.

Maybe Rafa is not helping by shifting him left and right, but basic passing and shooting has been lacking, i always thought he was an intelligent player but doesn't seem to have an understanding with anyone.

His signing has in my opinion broken up the successful Gerrard and Torres Partnership.

Bad buy. Plenty of people said it at the time. You can go on about paying the going rate an dragging up Carrick and Hargreaves for the millionth time but Keane is not worth anywhere near 20mill. Why can't the RCDNW brigade just admit it for once.

i'm more concerned by how they perform for us. i think that both players joined us too late to adapt to our style of football. if spurs offered us our money back i don't think anyone would say no.

the lad looks completely lost out there. he clearly went missing in the first half and because he's had a habit o miskicking the ball today he didn't hit it hard enough.

He looks like he's completely lost his confidence, and I don't understand why. Doesn't seem to play well when Gerrard and Torres are there. Tries too much to impress. I can remember countless times when he's struggled to control a simple ball, or take a proper shot at goal. Very very strange.

The whole balance of the team is wrong and worrying at the moment plus, as you say, he's trying too hard.

It's curious why we haven't continued with the 4231 formation when generally it worked so damn well last year.

Cant deny he hasnt been at his best. Yet why go screaming about it from the roof tops? His form is poor at the minute, but it doesnt mean he is a **** waste of money. Is Torres all of sudden a **** waste of money because his form is poor? No. Some people are using Keane as a stick to beat Rafa with

Before I go on I would just like to say that I really like Robbie Keane (and have done long before he signed) but it could be argued that the team had clicked in pre-season until Keane was signed.

I just find it frustrating that we had system that was working, i.e. Gerrard playing just off Torres, and then changed it towards the end of pre-season when Keane signed.

Dare I say it, but what if Rafa had signed a world class wide player? (I deliberately will not name any names!!). That just seemed the logical next step in our build-up to the season.

I will stop there because I do not want to be seen as a Keane basher because trust me, I am absolutely desperate to see him succeed, and I genuinely believe he will. It just would have been nice to have signed a wide player of equal calibre by now.

I really don't believe Keane is a better option than Crouch.Our system and form at the back end of last season was title winning.Crouch gave us a different option.all Keane has done is confuse our play.

20m on the wrong type of player IMO.I do rate Keane but he wasn't what lfc needed.We were crying out for width on both wings.riera has taken the left side but on the right?Kuyt ain't no winger.Pennant doesn't have enough and Benayoun likes to come inside to much and is half the player Garcia is.

Rafa has made some excellent signings, but his signing of Keane was the wrong one in the wrong area.A quality wide right player was needed imo.

I read somewhere that Kuyt said he wanted to play for Martin Jol at some stage,I really hope it's in January.Working hard is not enough.Him being at LFC is robbing someone else a chance of proving themselves.

I think keane should take a long hard look at himself and work on his composure and finishing.

But today was attack after attack so we could still be playing now and we would be 0 - 0. Whole team should he ashamed of itself. Today is the kind of result that validates opinions that raga cannot win the prem. Champions would have won this game.
