Kuyt comes in for extremely unfair treatment which does baffle alot of non Liverpool supporters who rate him very highly. I think he's starting to win alot of Liverpool fans over though which is a good thing. He has frustrated me alot too with his poor finishing, touch and what have you in several games and he probably will in future but he's started this season in super form and long may it continue.
Now he`s not No1 upfront he has space to do what he`s capable off.he`ll get into every position on the pitch and occassionally score goals.what a RW should do while popping up to score the odd goal aswell.he`s one of our best 11 in a "team"

I think you'll find there has been a fair few goalscoring 'keepers in football that would disagree with that comment. admittedly Reina isn't one of them but goalkeeps can score goals.

Another argument to 'knock' his off.

I don't understand people's stance on 'match winners' and all this bollocks. Every player in a team are potential match winners. And a 'match winner' is not obliged to score a goal, this is pure semantics.

He scored the consolation goal in the final so that was hardly a match winner.
We drew the semi thanks to Riise so that's another bad point. We drew at the Emirates in the game he scored too. He had a match winning performance at Anfield versus Inter
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful

Surely, its not just players then? Even the Ref could be a match winner, no?

Reina, Gerrard and Torres are the only consistent match winners we have in the team. Babel has shown signs of becoming one.

Reina may not be classed a "matchwinner" but he is worth 10 points a season before a ball is kicked!

And sorry Dirk fans, neither is Kuyt.

Tell that to Liege, Inter Milan etc etc. Sorry Dirk basher.

Can't believe there is even a debate about Babel. He is without a doubt a match winner none of this might be business. Kuyt has proved that in europe he is a match winner, but no one can accuse him of that in the PL.

Reina on the other hand is a little more difficult, but without a doubt he has won us matches.
