The poster you were replying to must have seen a different game to me. We weathered their drizzle (couldn`t call it a storm) controlled everything, scored at a good time and never looked like conceding.

I can`t remember the last time we went to Goodison and made it look so easy.

We totally dominated today. Think it was down to us playing with our heads, and not our hearts.
You could see in the 1st 10/15 minutes how the bitters were diving in, rushing things and making mistakes, whereas we were composed and played the game, rather than the occasion.
It's a promising sign when we completly outplay and dominate our 2 main rivals!

It's a pity all the goals were down the other end, but what a great game! Can't wait to watch it back on the telly. That six minute spell where we stuck the ball in the net four times was unreal, the Evertonians were destroyed. Great to see them leaving their seats ages before the end of the game. Skrtel and Carragher were phenomenal at the back, that Fellaini is massive, but Skrtel outfought him every time.

Fantastic result and we were ace in the 2nd half - disappointed with the wingers today as they offered nothing a had they been on top form we would have beaten these 5-0. Well done Rafa for today.
