He is getting a kicking though and I hope Parry is telling the FA every chance he gets. Have my doubts but **** it, its starting to get a bit monotonous for me, as in blatant.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

        I'd rather have Yakubu.

"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

The one thing that has really pleased me, is that Torres is scoring different goals this year. If you look back at the goals he scored last year, you will see that the vast majority of them came against teams playing a high line and hence leaving a lot of space into which we could play him. This really suits his natural game and hence why he did so well last year. His pace and the timing of his runs make that kind of game meat and potatoes to him.

This year however because we have gone behind more often than not, we have been playing against teams who are sitting deep, two lines of four, very little space... These kind of situations call more for predatory instincts, very precise and intelligent runs/positioning and more accurate finishing. The fact that he is still scoring given that context is a testament to his development, the fact that he is a more rounded player now and shows he has the mental strength to face and adapt to those kind of challenges.

It's almost as though he is perfecting an entirely new dimension to his game.

Great spot, hadn't put much thought into it, but now you mention it you're dead right... the positives just keep coming with him, truly exceptional player with loads of improvement still to come.

Can't help but love the fella.

Dripping with talent, one of the best in the world at the moment without a doubt, and he just loves the red.

He sounds almost as loyal as Carra in his soundbites, he clearly loves playing here and never wants it to change.

Love his attitude. If he doesn't get a clear chance early on and defenders are giving him a rough time he will just walk around in a mood just waiting for half a chance. Then in space of a second he will be onto something and the ball is in the back of the net

He's like an assassin just waiting patiently for his kill. Deadly

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres is dreaming of scoring the winner against Manchester United in this season's Champions League final. (Various)
