    Quick question about keepers

Has Cavalieri played any reserve football this season or has it been one of the young lads?

Was just thinking that life as a reserve keeper must be pretty disheartening if you only ever play cup games or the odd meaningless league match and it can't be much good for your form.

He doesnt start for the reserves, and Itandje didnt last year either. Its obviously a deliberate decision by Rafa that we'd be better served with one of the young keepers like Bouzanis (sic) and Gulacsi developing thier game.

they are allowed to handle it yes.
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

        Do you agree?

I'm all for a young keeper playing in the reserves but if Reina got injured I'd be nervous of a keeper who hadn't played a competitive game in a couple of months.

          Very good.

All the same, can someone reliable confirm th... etc.
          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I think generally our "fringe" players should be getting more games in the reserves, as when they are required for the first team they need to have had some kind of game time.

Outside your realm of expertise I'd have thought.

Yeah I think the fringe players could probably do with the odd game too. So far Cavalieri hasnt looked all that bad when he's played. Some players need constant games to stay on form and they are the ones that will suffer the most from the way Rafa sets up the reserve team.
