A mate of mine (Tore Brovold) actually took silver in the olympics shooting pigeon clays, and I think that making the last shoot IS possible.... IF the ball goes about 150 miles an hour. The pigeon clay travels at about 90 miles an hour (at the olympics anyway). To make contact at the point the video shows, the ball must catch up with the clay within about 50 feet.
