rafa ****ed up today. was worried when i seen the line up but still quietly optimistic but after that woefull performance can see know rafa was wrong.....again. not gona turn on him cause we still top and will stay there no matter what the score tomorrow. it's still a 3 horse race IMO. villa and the arse ain't gonna be involved. the title will come down to head to heads versus us, chelsea and manure. but still, lucas today showed my points on him - he is not good enough. and to leave keane on the bench for full game is a **** decision by rafa. he needs to seriously listen to the fans and media on this subject. keane is proven and should start most games. defo ahead of kyut as lone striker. we better ****ing get our act together on the pitch.

Underestimated Stoke! You having a laugh

We should've wiped the floor with them, it's Stoke FFS! Torres, Keane and Babel on the bench getting 40 odd minutes between them whilst we played a defensive line-up against a team missing their two top scorers.

It's laughable and shows no title ambitions at all. Ginsoaked will be sniggering in to his drink tonight and a win for them tomorrow puts them in the driving seat, regardless of what anyone else says

We were crap today but it's far from over. It's nice to see this place still has its fair share of muppets though!

For all Stokes obvious dangers why the hell are we seemingly obsessed with how our opponents set out and play?? If only we worried about playing our strongest team week in week out and let the opposition worry about us. FFS.

Simply shocking... And the blame rests competely with Rafa. He got it wrong starting from yesterday. Ironically, if there is a draw tomorrow we'll get away with it, again!!! we've had more luck this season that I can ever remember and we can't take advantage, and I think the manager isn't helping at all.
              Fair play!!!

£40.000.000 of strikers on the bench, Dirk "Three goals a season" Kuyt up front on his own.
Rafa was scared of fecking Stoke.
Shameful. Shameful for the the players, the fans and the club. Rafa disgraced us all today.

In fairness, he's right about everything except the getting rid of Rafa bit. Rafa needs to take some advice from Sammy at the moment, maybe that's the bit that's missing.

Sad thing is that Rafa could win the league, he just needs to learn from his mistakes. I think it's too late this season, we need to beat Utd away now to stand a chance and I don't think that'll happen. Rafa's taken his eye off the ball, sad to say

                    no mate its over.

Rafa's comments yesterday will now heap even more pressure on the side because to the outside world it looks like we cant deal with the pressure of being top.

We dont have enough experience of being in a dogfight like with and are usually well out of it by now.

Even our most experienced players dont have any knowledge of how to win a league and the mentality that it requires.

Our next 5 games will define it - but for me its the challenge is already over.

Nothing is over yet - by a long shot, but unless we start helping ourselves the view has to be pesemistic.

This is just taking the cake.

We are still very much in the race, mancs are not going to win all their games from this point until the end of the season and this is our best league campaign since god knows when. Stop panicking.

I thought Riera was fantastic in the first half. Was really surprised he was taken off but that could be due to his fitness.

I agree it is ridiculous to say it is over, but we just cannot keep wasting opportunities to put pressure on the chasing pack, instead of giving them these unexpected chances to cut the gap.
