    He's still quality though.

Get in! The guy has an appalling attitude going by today's reports. I would think they would give us our £5m back and obviously wave off the rest of the money owed. There are strikers available who could do a job there - Benitez wanted Keane for some bizarre reason. Use that money to invest in a right winger, we can play the tried and tested 4-2-3-1 with Torres and Gerrard up top.

You could argue that if Keane had played 90mins he might have scored, I haven't seen enough of Man Utd to know how Berbatov played in the first 80mins of those games. I've seen alot of the games Keane has played for us and in many of them he's been anonymous. And based on that I probably wouldn't pick him either. At the moment too many players aren't performing and we can't afford to play players who are passengers
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

"I wouldn't sit here and say I wouldn't like to have Robbie Keane at my football club, I'd be a liar, but he belongs to Liverpool so it is not an option unfortunately," Redknapp said. "As a player and a person I have a lot of time for Robbie Keane. I think he's fantastic."

Berbatov is far more class than Keane. Keane is never in the right positions and doesn't have the composure. Berbatov, even though he stands during football, can pocket the ball in the net given the opportunity. And he doesn't flap his arms like a prick to his team mates. Get rid.

Berbatov is one of the laziest players Ive ever seen. He contributes very little, and manc fans will tell you the same. But he is a striker and as such his manager leaves hm on in the knowledge that even in the last minute of injury time he may get you the winner.

Against wigan ferguson by his own admission was preparing to take tevez off, even though he had worked his arse off whilst Berbatov had lumbered through the game showing little interest.

I didn't mean his overall contribution to the game (I know many people say he's lazy) I meant he may have looked like a goal threat, but he is also the type of player who if a chance falls to he's more likely than not to put it away, IMO Keane isn't that type of player

Yes I can see that by the way he scored twice against us last season out of two chances.

He didn't turn up to Anfield yesterday afternoon when he was told he was on the bench. N'Gog was the late replacement.

And you know this to be true?

This hasn't been written only in one paper, it was published in several which reduces the likelihood of the story lacking substance.

Paddy Power have made Everton favourites to sign him. Just thought you would want to know.

I wasnt being smart when I asked about he reports. I just hadnt heard them.

Could you elaborate in telling which papers exactly reported it.

Rafa explained his absence from the squad by saying he only had 18 places and couldnt fit 19 into it.

By the way dont put too much money on Paddy power favourites
