I'd be saddened if heleaves. It has been a terrible signing.

I don't buy this being played out of position / not fitting the system excuse. There is an element of truth there, but it did not stop missing him a lot of gilt edged chances which came his way.
    Oh I don't know.

And his attitude on the pitch irrtates me, it is offending to the player who replaces him and can cause disharmony. Best for all if he leaves. Don't think he will mind.
      * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Yeah he's been an unequivocal failure and he only has himself to blame. Six months is a very short time in which to prove oneself, but still he can only have himself to blame. Rafa didn't force him to miss those gazillion sitters he's spurned. He looks out of place in a top side - no pace, no craft, poor touch, rubbish finisher, and yet, inexplicably, despite his glaring inadequacies he has the temperament of a prima-donna. He works hard but it's not enough. Spurs are about his level. It's a pity it didn't work out for him, being a Red and all, and I feel sorry for him in that sense, but I'll be delighted to get most of our money back.

SSN going to town on this.

They've just had an appalling reporter putting together 2 + 2 and getting 5, 6, 7 and 8 at various times.
          Oh I don't know.

Tony Gail, I think he used to play for Spurs.

No it wasn't him. It was a reporter rather than a pundit.

Correct. No idea how he got a job as a pundit. Average player with nothing of interest to say.

Oh, come think of it, I've just explained it.

I'd be amazed too as we haven't even paid £15 million for him yet

Well you know what I mean...the equivalent of a £5m hit. Much better than I would've expected.

I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
                            Mine angry and defrauded young?

Rubbish. I agree that he missed a few sitters (air balls) and I'm shocked at that because he is usually one of the best volleyers of the ball out there but:

                                1. He has never had a run in the side.
                                2. When he has actually played well he was dropped for the next game. Both times he scored 2 goals he was benched for the nst one. Absolutely woeful management and and an absolute destroyer of Keane's confidence so I'm not surprised that he's not performed.

"no pace, no craft, poor touch, rubbish finisher, and yet, inexplicably"

What the hell? I take it you never watched spurs or Ireland.
