****ing bizarre all this - i stayed away from all the keane ****e in recent weeks, i liked the player and thought he would do well for us, for whatever reasons it just hasn't happened and it's turned into a bizarre merry go round this season.

i thought we should have given him until the end of the season, or only sold if we had some cover coming in but then again i don't know whats been going on behind the scenes etc - to me it just seems strange that we have argubaly weakened the squad when we are in our best position to mount a challenge in years. -

lets be realistic, there is no way torres will be able to play and remain fully fit in every single game for the rest of the season. - so at some point we are going to be looking at either Babel/Kuyt/N'gog playing up front and right now non of them fills me with confidence.
