          That depends entirely on the question really.
          A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

            They know something you appear not to, that Keane has been toilet for us.

              Question= we need someone with no skill, pace or natural goal scoring ability, but works his arse off.

              Answer=?

              "If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

              I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

                Answer= Not Nicolas Anelka.

                Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

                  Robbie Keane over 100 premiership goals and he's **** you know. We're just as strong without him as we have Kuyt, Ngog and Babel to step up.

                    Torres and that's all we've got upfront, literally.
                    I wonder what United fans would think if they just had Berbatov to rely on for the next few months?

                      Heskey has 96 Premiership goals to his name and he's not good enough for us either.

                        He is not ****, but he was clearly not the right player for us however in my eyes. I really don't think his loss to our team will be noticed very much. Just my opinion.

                          I see your point - Keane in form would be a really useful player to have. With him playing like he has though then it's not so bad. I agree it weakens the squad but not as much as it should and really that's at least partly down to the player himself. Also we don't know how committed he really was and we certainly don't know what effect his leaving will have. Maybe it will bring the squad together - who knows?

                          He's the past. Walk on.

                          Kuyt versus Anelka - who was better yesterday?

                            I don't give a **** what United supporters think.

                            Assuming they do of course.

                              Keane has a lot more to his game than Heskey. I could understand at the end of the season but why now? Why reduce our strike force with 3 months left when we're still in the hunt? Its madness Shaggy, it doesn't make a bit of sense.

                                The way I see it is....this was our only chance to make back the bulk of the money we spent/wasted on him. Spurs' hand has been forced by Defoe's injury and they would never have paid this amount in the summer. Keane was never going to make it here and Rafa knows it, so sells for a £15m premium.
