My worry is that no-one person should have 100% control over every decision, delegation is required and although Rafa needs complete control when it comes the first team squad and insight into the pot of money available for transfers, I'm not sure he should stick his oar into the technicalities of contracts and dealing with agents. Surely he as got better things to do with his time?

Question marks on their integrity as a duo given the shambles of the takeover. If anything I though Moores would be distancing himself from Parry.

That was due to Chelsea refusing clubs to speak to the players, I doubt those clowns in charge would do the same. If they got a good enough offer for Torres he would be gone.
There also seems a big rift in the Chelsea camp and there has been since Maureen left. With him leaving I think some of the players still want it done how Maureen done the job.

The impression i get from Rafa is that he wants to decide how to spend his budget not that he wants to deal with the nitty gritty so i don't think this bit is relevant.

I know every wants Parry to go but we have to remember his spot as a voting board member is vital to exerting some control over the yanks. Be careful what you wish for.

if he has that and the yanks don't agree (but hicks wants parry out tho right?) then its nobody's fault but the owners as far as im concerned.

Doesn't appear to be the case though, Moores and Parry have always seen to be a cuddly double team - obviously (again) this is their media portrayal.

I don't think Parry can be in any way shape or form as incompetent as he is made out to be by some on here.

I'd imagine the worst he is is slow to move at times when others want him to move quicker and the clubs failure to respond to marketing opportunities
