Do Crewe not have changing rooms? Why is everyone staying on the field at half-time?!

EDIT: Ignore that - some players were doing warm-downs and those substituting them were warming up.

hey kurt, if u are using windows media player, try upping the buffer time, go to
Tools - Options - Performance and up the buffer time from 5 secs to 60 or more, it will take a while to load but it should run smooth from there.
I like to lurk, if that's ok with you

i`m guessing there may be less viewing the high option so less bandwidth problems..hope this helps & you get to see some moving pictures
                  thanks. your advice worked.

although we`ve not had a brilliantly cohesive back 4 in the 2nd half
i think palletta & hobs have stood out
despite my earlier prediction it`s ended 1-0
a lot of academy & new players on show today
a lot to be +ve about

RAFA HAPPY DESPITE NOT PLAYING WELL
                        Mark Plat 22 July 2006

Rafael Benitez admits Liverpool didn't play well in their latest pre-season run-out at Crewe but insists there was plenty of positives to take from the 1-0 win at Gresty Road.
The Reds recorded a slender 1-0 victory against Dario Gradi's Railwaymen thanks to a first senior goal from young striker Craig Lindfield, as Mark Gonzalez and Fabio Aurelio made their Liverpool bow.

"We worked hard and it was good to see the players who were out on the pitch," said Benitez afterwards. "If you analyse the game, we didn't play well but the positives for me are Aurelio, his passing and shooting was impressive, the movement of Lindfield and Fowler was very good and also Mark Gonzalez.

"I am happy with the players and they way things are going. Obviously the World Cup players will be back this week and it think this squad is now stronger than last season.

"We need to find more players to make us even stronger and I hope that can be done before the start of the season. There are many names being spoken about in the press or on the news but it is not the right time to be talking about them."
                        Typically he gives nothing away.

Anyone watch it in full? Thoughts on Gonzalez? I've heard a mixed bag so far. Although it was only a friendly at Crewe.

Speedy was pretty unimpressive really. He did get two goods shot off, but never really took anyone on. Poor first touch let him down a couple of times, but during the second half we didn't control the midfield and hence had difficulty getting the wingers involved. Even Bellamy, who was playing on the RW, had a pretty quiet half.

BTW Paletta was a monster. Let's hope he's not another Josemi.

I'd give MOM to Robbie, his ability to link up with the players around him is just astounding. Fitness allowing, I can see him getting a bunch of games this year.
