I may be getting 2 arguments, and possibly even 2 summers confused, been going in circles about Kuyt for ages on here, but I found this in the trash from last July

Well someone definitely had a 10 goal target bet for this year, even before you mentioned it I was thinking about it.

Tried a quick search myself but no joy either.

I do wonder though if this new found appreciation for Kuyt has as much to do with Babel’s poor form as much as Kuyt’s performances. Too many people though Babel was Christ reincarnated and held Kuyt personally responsible for his lack of appearances.

Riera has 3 league goals mate, so he's got less than half the '7 or 8' i mentioned.

Your right, It was his FA cup goal that confused me. He could easily get three or 4 between now and the end of the season though especially since we still Newcastle and West Brom to play.

Dirk is class.He had a rough time of it last year,no doubt down to his fathers passing, but he's proved his worth again this season.

His work rate is unbelievable,he gets assists and he scores goals.

Don't fancy him up front on his own though.

He earns a starting role every week. Cant speak highly enough of him as far as attitude and work rate are concerned.
