Lame effort but a fantastic idea. Cisse scores goals because he has pace, who says we can't get Bolt to be a half decent footballer? He would possibly be an awesome signing
I may have told this tale before but Cambridge United once signed the 4th fastest 200m runner in the country. I saw him in preseason and it was astonishing how much quicker he was than everyone else on show, every game. The sad thing was he was shocking on the ball and after a few comedy appearances he was let go.

Just goes to show eh. Similarly with Darren Campbell, the sprinter. I’ve seen him in some of those celebrity games and he is pants, despite his devastating turn of foot.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Anyone who saw Darren Campbell (100m spinter) play in the celebrity football games against the ex-pros will know that speed is not everything. He was useless.
Compare him to a fat overweight Ally McCoist and there was no contest. Two goals for McCoist, zero for Campbell.
