**** next week off. Our eggs have got to be in the title basket now, surely. I think we can win there next week - albeit probably not by the required amount - but we shouldn't even think about that until Sunday. **** it. Must win every league game. Play the strongest possible XI.

He played in the ressies the other night and apprently wasn't that good so doubt you'll see him near the 1st team with the stakes so high.Originally posted by qabiri View PostI;d still like to see Nemeth get 30 minutes play just to have a look.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Even if we were thinking of the CL the best thing to do IMO would still be to play the best XI - we need to get back to winnig ways and go into the next game(s) with confidence. The only thoughts about who is in the team should be who are the players most likely to win and who is best suited to preventing Blackburn scoring.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View Post**** next week off. Allardyce slams Benitez
By Richard Buxton - 10/04/2009 16:19
Sam Allardyce has set the tone ahead of his side's visit to Anfield by claiming that Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez enjoys to 'whinge and moan'.
The Blackburn manager attacked his opposite number in a press conference before the high-noon clash between the two teams and criticised the big-money spending of the top four.
"He can't help it but whinge and moan can he?" he told reporters.
"He loves it, doesn't he? It is great a manager moaning about the way I play, irrespective of what they think of me as a manager.
"If I can beat Liverpool home and away, if I can beat Chelsea home or away, if I can beat Manchester United home or away, whether I am with Bolton or Blackburn, I am a major tactician and a very, very good manager.
"You have to be to beat their spending £200million to your £25m. You don't get the credit for it, but it doesn't particularly worry me.
"I would sooner have a big man manager moaning at me about our tactics because we have beaten them than I would saying what a lovely footballing team you are and you have just been thumped 4-0. What is the sense in that?"
