I think our attack was pretty terrible and that goal can't cover up the fact that Voronin is the same player he was last year. ****. If you combined N'Gog and Voronin into one player, he might be a decent striker, but as it is N'Gog is all fancy tricks and flicks without any end product while Voronin is a runsaroundthepitchalot striker with a touch of a rapist. At least he's better than Keane though.

Degen might be competing with Dossena for the "fattest Liverpool player" title.

Lucas is really meh. Had one or two good passes all game. I know it's a friendly and all but seriously, grow a ****ing spine and start organizing things like the playmaker you're supposed to be. He's always in hiding.

Benayoun is good, but I'm a bit disappointed Babel isn't getting a chance up front as he's our only hope if Torres gets injured. Have I already mentioned that N'Gog and Voronin are seriously ****?

Yeah but it is a friend, near enough on the equator, in 100% humidity and in it will be very warm.
But his touch has been good and he looked to create some decent chances.

        Harsh on Ngog. Very harsh.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

All he does is walks around the pitch and showing off his supposed technical skills, I can see why PSG weren't gutted to lose him. He's a passenger, and will never ever make it here. You can quote me on that.

Ngig just needs a couple of goals to boost his confidence

Those that killed her, were following the law.

Yeah we're ****e, we aren't going to win the league, Alonso is going, Lucas is going to be a pale replacement blah blah blah. Have anyone played football on the equator with 95% humidity all the time and a ****ing poor pitch?

I said that exact same thing when we first got him and received some abuse for it.

It's not just about the game today, friendlies are meaningless, I'm just disappointed Babel is stuck out wide while N'Gog and Voronin get their chance up front when it's as clear as daylight that they are extremely limited. Imagine if they're considered to be our cover for Torres in case he gets injured.

Babel at least has a lot of scope for improvement.

Now now, can't let critical thinking get in the way.

I have. Its not as debilitating as people make it out to be, especially when most of our players are only playing 45min halves before being replaced. Remember majority of the team arent english players who are used to -5 degree temperatures. They're from spain, from argentina, from brazil, etc. These places are not exactly frozen. They get quite hot.

They are not like SE Asia, there is a difference between hot and playing in a rainforest.
Comparing Spain and Argentina especially is just laughable.

Voronin seemed to do slightly better after he got hit in the balls. Recommend every 10min this happen to him in every game. Keep his skill level constant.
