Why are we 6 years into Rafa's tenure and have only 1 established striker? Its not simply money, he's sold on several. Regardless of where you sit on his management, we have to be in agreement that he's made a pigs ear of the striker situation. Our main backup striker (and backup when we play only one striker) is a man brought in by Rafa a couple of years ago who was considered so strong that he was sent out on loan.

Yes, he hasn't had a huge amount to spend, but he has seen over £250M come and go, there should be more options than this.

A good player no doubt, but we have enough sick notes at the moment. Rafa would've been ripped to shreads if he'd brought Owen back (Fergie does it and he's a genius), and tossed to the side if Owen did his hamstring and was out for several months. Saying that, the risk of him being injured would be a more sensible option than having no fecker at all as we have at the now.

I agree with some points too. I'd have love to have just seen Bellamy stay out of all the strikers we've seen and go. Rafa's dealings with strikers has been like a cargo ship One comes in two goes out, sooner or later we'll be left with non.

I'm not. I wasn't making the point before and I don't care to make it now. As far as I care you could all call the lot of em cunts and I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
