But it isn't, as far as I'm aware, a relevant phrase in this context

In short, it sounds like bull**** to me

In order for the banks/creditors to be able to able to control the spending of the club, a formal agreement would have to be in place and one which is done so because the club is unable to sustain itself financially

    Which is again, bollocks

What might be more likely is any overdraft/financing/managed loans in place are not made available for transfers, but that is an entirely different thing to somebody else deciding what happens to ALL the money
I demand that you make up for the sense you speak here with a drama queen outburst elsewhere on the site.

      Interesting, thanks for posting!

Hope it's not true, as it basically means no room for manoeuvre for Rafa or the club as a whole. Wonder if the person started the rumour actually knows something or is just speculating?

So far it doesn't really explain anything to me, it could just as well be that we are financially constrained and that our owners are blocking.

It could basically just be a verbal agreement between the bank and the yanks. If the yanks were so desperate to get a good deal (loan extension) then they would need to keep the bank managers happy

He made a remark, I cannot be bothered to find the quotes, that our debts were now a lot lower than 6 months ago.
I am not sure what has happened there.
Last time there was discussion about the refinance RBS insisted that they paid off 60m of the loans. The speculation was that this was the amount that was originally set aside for stadium work. Either way everyone is speculating that the transfer budget was stolen to help pay that 60m chunk.

I just think that whatever the situation is that Rafa has been treated honestly and given freedom within a budget.

Does anyone know if 'informal administration' is even something that banks would consider or use often?
            That's what I meant.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.
