Agger and Aurelio back in training

Fantastic news, really need these two to get composure back into out back line. It's sort of a good thing we are on international break, gives us a bit of time to get our **** together. I would imagine the two will slot straight into the first when fully fit, all we need now is the Aquaman then watch us ****ing go
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon

I hope Agger will be fit for Burnley.

Get in! Plus the return of Skrtel to full fitness will be nice and Carra a chance to shake his groin problem.

Ideal time for an international break
      Forwards.......

Great news. Two classy defenders to have in the ranks.

Fingers crossed they stay fit, both add alot to our team.

I know alot of people rate Insua and i think he's a tidy little player(albeit over-rated)
i'd have Aurelio ahead of him every time

Yep, good to see Riera back at the weekend too.

We've had a poor start but when you look at it - 4 players that would most likely would start have been sidelined.

I'll be delighted to see them back, especially if they can stay fit.

People (mainly the media) bang on about our depth and point to our bench at Spurs, but as i've been saying all along, when you've got 5 established players out, you WILL look a bit bare. With Riera back, Dossena available and Aurelio & Agger to come, the situation will look much healthier.

Add Aquilani to the mix in a couple of weeks, and suddenly we're much stronger.

Bring in an attacker and I think we're covered. Otherwise we'd have to hope our previos failures like Babel, N'Gog and Voronin come good. In an ideal world we'd also let go off Degen and bring in a better RB.

Things look very grim if Torres ever gets injured for any period of time. We look okay everywhere else.

Like you, i still think Babel, if given game time and a bit of slack, would do alright as another striking option. I'd like someone else in, but if not, Babel's only some match time and faith away from being decent enough cover IMO.

Especially if the rest of the team is playing well.

It would be really great if Babel got his act together and started performing.
I don't think he realises himself how much of a difference he could make to the side.
