    The goals you remember

I had a long drive yesterday and got thinking about LFC goals I`ll always remember. What I means by this isn`t the Gerrard screamer against West Ham or Olympiakos or Vladis against Milan, but "ordinary" goals in "normal" games. Two stands out for me:
Berger (or was it Redknapp) vs Spurs. The one were the goalie (Walker) markes the middle where the middle of the goal is, the weak shot hits the mark and goes in.

Murphy vs. The Scum. One of the Nevillers can`t even control the ball with her chest, handballs, and Murhpy curls in the winner. Great stuff.

So what are goals you`ll never forget?

Kewell v Arsenal was special for me as it was for my trip over in 2003.

I had the Aussie flag and was waving it around celebrating and he ran to celebrate to our section.

Crouch's goals v Wigan was special because of the crap he had taken.

Other ones are Fowler's v Alaves, Gerrard v Mancs at Anfield when he smashed it past Barthez, Riise v Mancs and Gary Macs v Everton.

Too many to remember to be honest.

    Never dull being a Red.

I still love Fowlers goal against Aston Villa, I think it was in 1996, where the ball came to him with his back to Staunton, flicked it past him, turned and let rip from around 25 yards ... it didn't even look like he tried. Flew into the far corner and he just strutted towards the Kop.
It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time!! Way Yeh, Way Yeh!!

Chuck Norris has counted to infinity. Twice.

Both of Fowler's goal in the FA CUP semi final vs villa...one a volley outside the box and another a superb, brave, placing diving header.
Collymore first goal at home vs Blackburn, a long range shot, is vividly in my mind as well.
Ian Rush 2nd goal in the 1989 fa cup final against the everton, a superb glancing header off a john barnes cross. Also his 2nd goal in 1986 fa cup final vs everton again off Whelan superb chipped cross that took the goal camera off.
        Pleasant memories!

Always remember Collymore's in his home debut for us against Sheff Wed.
A cracker from outside the box.

That first goal; controlled on the knee and then contemptuously tw@tted back into the top corner of the net was a p1ss-take.

Phenomenal skill and one of my favourite ever Fowler goals.

That's probably my all time favourite too, great call

and that goal against some norwegian side in a friendly where he flicked a pass over his head, turned, chased and let whack a superb first timer into the net.

Mellor's goal against Arsenal will always stick in my mind.

I'm going to have to say both of mickey's goals against Arsenal in the FA Cup Final 2001.

Gary Mac's goal against the bluenoses in stopage time.

Titi Camara's goal after is father passed away.

That's just a few off the top of my head.

                      Do you mean league games?

                      Um...

League games that stand out for me are the goals during the classic Barnes, Beardsley, Aldridge era in the late 80's and early 90s. That team with their speckled candy shirt was what made me a liverpool fan today...

                      goals that stand out:

                      1) barnes free kick goal vs arsenal (1989/90) at anfield
                      2) mcmahon's chip goal after a wonderful team move (1989/90) at stamford bridge
                      3) barnes chip shot vs wimbledon (1990/91) at plough lane
                      4) barnes goal vs leeds united after one two's with molby and rush (1990/91)

I actually still remember Diaos goal. I liked him back then, I was confused why we had bought him, but I liked him.

Other than that Mellors goal vs Arsenal and Gary Macs against Everton stand out.

Stevie Mac's goals against Crystal Palace at Selhurst when we wore the old addidas white and green kit. We hammered them that day, 6-1 I think?

What a player he was, would love to have him on the right wing these days.
I like to lurk, if that's ok with you

                            I love that goal.

The only one that comes close to it for me was Fowler's against Brann Bergen.

Just realized...a lot of Fowler's classics came from the 1995/96 season...

he must have scored half a dozen real stunners....

and still couldn't make the starting 11 at Euro 96...
