The players are probably trying to get rid of Rafa. Wouldnt blame them at all, people have being sectioned under the mental health act for less bizarreness. Some of that mans decisions are off the scale.

Gerrard hasn't been himself since he came back from injury.

Would happily see him out on the right though for a few games, 'rest' Kuyt, move Benni behind Torres and get Riera, Aurelio or even Babel out on the left.

The team needs a shake-up.

I have to agree with that. Gerrard is going on 30, must be incredibly pissed off with the way things are going.

Rafa has had his day; unfortunately it was in 2005.

Perhaps Rafa should employ me as a consultant to help steady the ship. Seems the logical thing to do really.

I think the problem is that he's recovering from injury and the midfield behind him can't get him in positions to be effective, we seriously lack creativity, his position requires someone behind him to control the game, Lucas and Mascherano can't do that. Until Aquilani is fit enough to play 90mins I think we should push him back into midfield
