    Really good win. Mostly a battle rather than any great class shown but I thought defensively Insua, Agger, Carragher, Lucas and Kuyt did really well.

    Torres took his goal excellently.

    Babel looked (rather surprisingly) up for it.

    Aquilani looked off the pace but showed a few bits of nice passing.

              I heart Torres!
              A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

                Lots of positives tonight.

                Another clean sheet and win.
                Reina was superb.
                Insua had another good game.
                Babel looked like he wanted it.
                Torres was **** yet still scored the winner - I was screaming before he'd even hit that ball... you just knew he was going to score from that position.

                A true 'six pointer' in my opinion given both teams current positions. And we ****in did it. Well happy.

                        Do wonders for the confidence that.

                        Reina top drawer,Resolute defending from the lads against a side good in the air and on the deck,Carra immense and Insua defended very well.

                        And the Kid,what can you say but. One chance one goal,mark of a true striker

                        Fastest 50 in our history,heres to many,many more.

                        Stick Johnson in midfield though,he's the weak link at the back IMO
